We ask for your support to make this marina a reality. We were awarded a B.E.S. Scheme from Bord Failte to raise funds for this scheme. Under the scheme investors in the proposal will get a tax break of approx 30% of their investment, assuming you pay Irish taxes. The total cost of the scheme is e 250,000. We are hoping for 50 investors at e 5,000 each which would complete the scheme. However we will not refuse larger or smaller investors, the main point is to complete the scheme over the next 2 years.

This will be a public amenity and so free for the public to use except for the normal annual canal fees payable to Waterways Ireland if you keep on boat on the system.
